【摘要】:ThisAmericanNationalStandardisapplicabletoallpersonswhodesign,manufacture,assemble,modify,operate,clean,maintain,service,orrepairmaterialrecoveryfacilities(MRFs)whichengageinreceiving,storing,andprocessingcommingledrecyclablematerialswhichhavebeenpreviouslycollectedorotherwisedivertedfromthesolidwastestream.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoscrapprocessingfacilities(NorthAmericanIndustryClassificationsystemcodenumber42193,formerlyStandardIndustrialClassificationnumber5093),unlessthescrapprocessingfacilityoperatesaMRF,whichMRFwouldthenbesubjecttothisstandard.Thesafetyrequirementsaredividedinto7sectionsandareapplicableasdescribedin1.1.1through1.1.3.1.1.1Sections1through3providegeneralinformationanddefinitionsandshallapplytoallmaterialrecoveryfacilities(MRFs)coveredbythisstandard.1.1.2Sections4through6provideforphysicalplant,processingmachineryandmobileequipmentrequirementsthatshallapplytobothnewandexistingMRFs.1.1.3Section7providesforsafetyprogramsandsafetyrequirementsthatshallapplytobothnewandexistingMRFs.
