【摘要】:Lostpersonsareatriskofinjuryordeathfromextendedperiodsofisolation,eithermental,physical,orboth.Theirinabilitytosolveimmediateproblemsrequiresthatsearchandrescue(SAR)personnelusethemostefficientandeffectivetechniquestoresolvethelostperson''ssituationandtominimizetherisksofinjuryordeath.Searchingforimmobileorunresponsivesubjects,includingthosedeceased,placesfurtherlimitationsuponthesearchoptionsthatareavailabletosearchmanagers.Whereappropriate,theguideidentifiestheselimitations.Theuseofthelistedtechniquesimprovestheprobabilityoflocatingalostormissingpersonwhenappliedtolandsearchincidents.Thesetechniquesmaybeemployedatthediscretionofandunderthedirectionandcontrolofalandsearchmanager.Termsusedinthisguidearenotintendedtobecomprehensive,noraretheypresumedtobeinclusiveofallterminologyusedinthesearchfunction.1.1Thisguideidentifiesanddescribestechniquesthatmaybeusedbyindividualsoragencieswhensearchingforpersons,property,orevidenceonland.Theapplicationofoneormoreofthesetechniquestoanyparticularlandsearchwilldependupontheindividualcircumstancesofthesearchandthejudgmentofthepersonresponsibleforconductingthesearch.1.2Thisguideassistsindividualsandagenciesbyprovidingalistoftechniquesfortheirconsiderationduringalandsearchandbyprovidingabriefdescriptionoftheapplicationofthetechniquetolandsearch.Someadvantagesanddisadvantages,aswellasthemostcommonusesofthetechniques,arediscussedintheguide.Theguidedoesnot,however,purporttodiscussallaspectsofconductingalandsearch.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO15031isintendedtosatisfythedatareportingrequirementsofOn-BoardDiagnostic(OBD)regulationsintheUnitedStatesandEurope,andanyotherregionthatmayadoptsimilarrequirementsinthefuture.ThispartofISO15031specifies:a)messageformatsforrequestandresponsemessages,b)timingrequirementsbetweenrequestmessagesfromexternaltestequipmentandresponsemessagesfromvehicles,andbetweenthosemessagesandsubsequentrequestmessages,c)behaviourofboththevehicleandexternaltestequipmentifdataisnotavailable,d)asetofdiagnosticservices,withcorrespondingcontentofrequestandresponsemessages,tosatisfyOBDregulations.ThispartofISO15031includescapabilitiesrequiredtosatisfyOBDrequirementsformultipleregions,modelyears,enginetypes,andvehicletypes.Thoseregulationsarenotyetfinalforsomeregions,andareexpectedtochangeinthefuture.ThispartofISO15031makesnoattempttointerprettheregulationsanddoesnotincludeapplicabilityoftheincludeddiagnosticservicesanddataparametersforvariousvehicleapplications.TheuserofthispartofISO15031isresponsibleforverifyingtheapplicabilityofeachclauseofthispartofISO15031foraspecificvehicle,engine,modelyearandregion.ThispartofISO15031specifiesdiagnosticservicesandfunctionallyaddressedrequest/responsemessagesrequiredtobesupportedbymotorvehiclesandexternaltestequipmentfordiagnosticpurposeswhichpertaintomotorvehicleemission-relateddata.AnyexternaltestequipmentmeetingtherequirementsofISO15031-4usethesemessagestoretrieveemissions-relatedinformationfromthevehicle.EachclauseinthispartofISO15031whichspecifiesadditionaldetailstoexistingsectionsofISO9141-2,ISO14230-4,SAEJ1850,andISO15765-4supersedethosespecifications.ThispartofISO15031referencesSAEJ1979-DA(DigitalAnnex),whichincludesalldefinitionsofPIDs,OBDMIDs,TIDsandINFOTYPEs.ThispartofISO15031providesthemechanismtosatisfytherequirementsincludedinthecountry-specificregulationsandnotallcapabilitiesincludedinthispartofISO15031arerequiredbythecountry-specificregulations.ThispartofISO15031isnotconsideredafinalauthorityforinterpretationoftheregulations.ThereforereadersshoulddeterminetheapplicabilityofcapabilitiesdefinedinthispartofISO15031fortheirownspecificneeds.
