【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdescribestheresultsoftheinter-laboratorytestingofthechemicalanalysisofcementbyx-rayfluorescence.Inthefirstinstance,theinter-laboratorytestingwascarriedoutinJapanandinAsiancountriesinaccordancewithJISR5204:2002.Atotalof30laboratories,16inJapanand14outsideJapan,participatedintheoriginaltestingprogramme.Afurther12Europeanlaboratoriesparticipatedintestswiththesamematerialsin2005inaccordancewithEN196-2,adevelopmentbyCEN/TC51/WG15/TG1ofJISR5204.Thelatestversion,developedasISO29581-2,is,asofthedateofpublicationofthisTechnicalReport,intheprocessofbeingcirculatedfortechnicalenquiry.ThetestsamplesusedwerePortlandcementconformingtoCEMIofEN197-1andamixtureofPortlandcementandblastfurnaceslag.ThemixturecorrespondedtothecompositionofPortlandblastfurnaceslagcement,classB,specifiedinJISR5211andCEMIII/AofEN197-1.Cementreferencematerialsforx-rayfluorescenceanalysis(No.601A)areusedforthecalibrationstandards,andcertifiedreferencematerialsJCA-CRM-1andJCA-CRM-2areusedasthevalidationmaterials.ConstituentsanalysedincludeSiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,CaO,MgO,SO3,Na2O,K2O,TiO2,P2O5,MnOandSrO.Thelossonignitionisalsodetermined.TheISOroundrobinisamethod-performancestudyconductedunderclosetooptimumconditionswithclearcalibrationandmeasurementguidelines.Thisisconducivetoproducing“bestpractice”valuesrepresentativeoftheidealsituation.However,ISO29581-2isintendedforuseundereverydayconditionsinlaboratoriesthatoperateto“goodpractice”.AnnexDsetsouttheresultsofsomeinternationalroundrobinscarriedoutbyalargenumberoflaboratoriesdemonstratingthesuitabilityofISO29581-2asameansforcomparingtheeverydayperformanceoflaboratories.
