【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesageneralprocedureforthedeterminationofthevolumepercentageofopenandofclosedcellsofrigidcellularplastics,bymeasurementfirstofthegeometricalvolumeandthenoftheair-impenetrablevolumeoftestspecimens.Theprocedureincludesthecorrectionoftheapparentopen-cellvolumebytakingintoaccountthesurfacecellsopenedbycuttingduringspecimenpreparation.Twoalternativemethods(method1andmethod2),andcorrespondingapparatus,arespecifiedforthemeasurementoftheimpenetrablevolume.Theresultsobtainedfrommethod2(seeclause9)areintendedtobeusedforcomparisonpurposesonly.
