【摘要】:Thisguideisdividedintotwosectionswhichprovidedesignandspecificationguidelinesfortheuseofacoldliquid-appliedelastomericmembranewithintegralwearingsurfaceforwaterproofingbuildingdecksinbuildingareastobeoccupiedbypersonnel,vehicles,orequipment.TheintentofSections5-11,DesignConsiderations,istoprovideinformationanddesignguidelineswhereawaterproofingmembranewithintegralwearingsurfaceistobeused.Theintentoftheremainingsectionsistoprovideminimumguidespecificationsfortheuseofthepurchaserandthesellerincontractdocuments.Wherethestateoftheartissuchthatcriteriaforaparticularconditionisnotasyetfirmlyestablishedorhasnumerousvariablesthatrequireconsideration,referenceismadetotheapplicableportionofSections5-11thatcoverstheparticularareaofconcern.Section16describestherepair,rehabilitation,andreplacementofthemembrane.DESIGNCONSIDERATIONSTop1.1Thisguidedescribesthedesignandinstallationofcoldliquid-appliedelastomericwaterproofingmembranesystemsthathaveanintegralwearingsurface.Thecoldliquid-appliedelastomericwaterproofingmembrane(membrane)towhichthisguiderefersisspecifiedinSpecificationC957.1.2ConcreteSlab-on-Grade--Waterproofingtheuppersurfaceofaconcreteslabongradepresentsspecialproblemsduetothepossibilityofnegativehydrostaticpressurecausinglossofbondtothesubstrate.Considerationoftheseproblemsisbeyondthescopeofthisguide.Consultthemembranemanufacturerforrecommendationswhenthissituationexists.1.3ThecommitteehavingjurisdictionforthisguideisnotawareofanysimilarISOstandard.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ForspecifichazardstatementsseeNotein15.4.
