【摘要】:ISO10110specifiesthepresentationofdesignandfunctionalrequirementsforopticalelementsintechnicaldrawingsusedformanufacturingandinspection.ThispartofISO10110specifiesrulesfortheindicationofthesurfacetextureofopticalelements.Surfacetextureisthecharacteristicofasurfacethatcanbeeffectivelydescribedwithstatisticalmethods.Typically,surfacetextureisassociatedwithhighspatialfrequencyerrors(roughness)andmid-spatialfrequencyerrors(waviness).ThispartofISO10110isprimarilyintendedforthespecificationofpolishedoptics.ThispartofISO10110describesamethodforcharacterizingtheresidualsurfacethatisleftafterdetrendingbysubtractingthesurfaceform.ThecontrolofthesurfaceformisspecifiedinISO10110-5andISO10110-12,itisnotspecifiedinthispartofISO10110.
