【摘要】:ThispartofEN14598specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofSheetMouldingCompound(SMC)andBulkMouldingCompound(BMC).Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningbothofthetestmaterialbeforemouldingandofthespecimensbeforetestingarefoundhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizeSMCsandBMCsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinENISO10350-2,Plastics-Acquisitionandpresentationofcomparablesingle-pointdata-Part2Long-fibre-reinforcedplastics.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesecompressionandinjectionmouldingmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofEN14598,asarethedesignatorypropertiesfoundinPart1:Designationandbasisforspecifications.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,test-specimenswiththedimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingtest-specimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
