【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversasteady-statetechniqueforthedeterminationofthethermalconductivityofcarbonmaterialsinthicknessesoflessthan25mm.Thetestmethodisusefulforhomogeneousmaterialshavingathermalconductivityintheapproximaterange130W/(mK),(thermalresistanceintherangefrom10to40010mK/W)overtheapproximatetemperaturerangefrom150to600K.Itcanbeusedoutsidetheserangeswithreducedaccuracyforthickerspecimensandforthermalconductivityvaluesupto60W/(mK).Note1-Itisnotrecommendedtotestgraphitecathodematerialsusingthistestmethod.Graphitesusuallyhaveaverylowthermalresistance,andtheinterfacesbetweenthesampletobetestedandtheinstrumentbecomemoresignificantthanthesampleitself.ThistestmethodissimilarinconcepttoTestMethodsE1530andC518.Significantattentionhasbeenpaidtoensurethatthethermalresistanceofcontactingsurfacesisminimizedandreproducible.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsareregardedasstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
