【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandperformancerequirementsformasonryunitsmanufacturedfromclayforuseinmasonryconstruction(e.g.facingandrenderedmasonry,loadbearingornon-loadbearingmasonrystructures,includinginternalliningsandpartitions,forbuildingandcivilengineering).ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtoapplytotwogroupsoffired-claymasonryunits:LDunits(see3.4and5.2)comprising:claymasonryunitswithagrossdrydensityoflessthanorequalto1000kg/mforuseinprotectedmasonry.HDunits(see3.5and5.3)comprising:a)allclaymasonryunitsforuseinunprotectedmasonry;b)claymasonryunitswithagrossdrydensityofgreaterthan1000kg/mforuseinprotectedmasonry.ThisEuropeanStandardincludesthoseclaymasonryunitsofanoverallnon-rectangularparallelepipedshape.Itdefinestheperformancerelatedtoe.g.dimensionaltolerances,strength,densitymeasuredaccordingtothecorrespondingtestmethodscontainedinseparateEuropeanStandards.ItprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisEuropeanStandard.ThemarkingrequirementforproductscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardisincluded.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifystandardsizesforclaymasonryunits,norstandardworkdimensionsandanglesofspeciallyshapedclaymasonryunits.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsforthefollowing:unitsforpaving,fluelinersandstoreyheightclayunitsandclaymasonryunitswithanincorporatedthermalinsulationmaterialbondedtothefacesoftheunitsusceptibletobeexposedtofire.Itdoes,however,includeclayunitsforexternalchimneymasonry.
