【摘要】:ThispartofISO21003specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsformultilayerpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcotdwaterinstallationsinsidebuildingsfortheconveyanceofwater--whetherornotthewaterisintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)orforheatingsystems--underspecifieddesignpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication(seeTable1ofISO21003-1:2008)ItalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO21003ISO21003isareferenceproductstandard.Itisapplicabletomultilayerpipes,fittings,theirjoints,andalsotojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallations.ThispartofISO21003isintendedforuseonlyinconjunctionwithalltheetherpartsofISO21003ThispartofISO21003coversfusion,solventcementedandmechanicalfittingsforarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses)anddesignpressures.Itisnotapplicableforvaluesofdesigntemperature,TD,maximumdesigntemperature,Tmax,andmalfunctiontemperature,Tmal,inexcessofthoseinTable1ofISO21003-1:2008NOTE1Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticsorcodesThepolymericmaterialsusedforthestressdesignedlayersarethefollowing:pelybutylene(PS),polyethyleneofraisedtemperatureresistance(PE-RT),crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X),polypropylene(PP)andchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C).ThePEXusedshallbefullycrosslinkedandshallcomplywiththerequirementsoftherelevantreferenceproductstandard(ISO15875)NOTE2ForthepurposesofISO21003,erosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X)aswellasadhesivesareconsideredasthermoplasticmaterials.
